Emily’s Granola adapted from Paula’s Granola

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. flax seeds
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. craisins and 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon, optional
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. chopped nuts, almonds, pecans, or walnuts
  • 1-2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 3/4 c. honey

Mix all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake granola for 15-25 minutes. It tastes best hot out of the oven with cold milk or homemade yogurt. This recipe is packed full of nutrients but sweet to the taste.
