Emily’s Granola adapted from Paula’s Granola
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 c. flax seeds
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. craisins and 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon, optional
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. chopped nuts, almonds, pecans, or walnuts
- 1-2 c. coconut
- 1 c. olive oil
- 3/4 c. honey
Mix all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake granola for 15-25 minutes. It tastes best hot out of the oven with cold milk or homemade yogurt. This recipe is packed full of nutrients but sweet to the taste.
